As occupational health and vocational specialists, we are committed to supporting employers and employees to have a positive and thriving workplace. We strongly believe that if you look after your employees, they will look after your customers.

Unlike many traditional occupational health providers who carry out telephone assessments, we feel that to truly understand the demands of a job role you need to observe the person in that job. Therefore, most of our assessments are on site at the workplace.

We offer a range of bespoke assessments as well as training packages. Because there is no contractual requirement, you just pay for the service as needed.

We cover Yorkshire and surrounding areas however if you are outside of this area and the assessment could potentially be completed remotely then do get in touch to discuss.

About me: Emma Taylor
I qualified as an occupational therapist in 1994 and became interested in workplace health and wellbeing following the completion of an MSc in Health Ergonomics. I was the course leader for the MSc in Vocational Rehabilitation at Sheffield Hallam University which combined the evidence base and theoretical underpinning with the practical application in my practice. I am passionate about healthy workplaces and supporting people into, and keeping them in, work. Being an occupational therapist I take a unique approach, looking beyond the person's diagnosis. Analysing the job role and the work environment provides a key part of the assessment to help understand the obstacles a person may be experiencing. I love that every workplace I visit is different which is what makes my job so rewarding and interesting! I have many years of experience teaching on the subject and provide a range of training packages for employees, insurers, occupational therapists and anyone else who would like to understand more about this area
