Do you have an employee off sick whose GP has recommended “light duties” but you’re not sure what that really means? Or a team member with a health condition or disability, and you’re unsure how best to support them?

We understand how physical, cognitive and mental health conditions impact someone’s ability to work in a specific environment. We assess what an employee can and cannot do, compare this with the demands of their role, within their specific work environment and provide clear, practical recommendations that work for everyone.

A healthy, happy workforce is a productive one. As occupational health and vocational specialists, we support employers to create positive, thriving workplaces—because when you look after your employees, they look after your customers.  Whether you need a return-to-work plan, advice on supporting an employee, or clarity around your responsibilities as an employer, we’re here to help.

With no contractual commitment, you simply pay for support as and when you need it making this a cost-effective option, particularly for smaller businesses. In many cases, the cost of an assessment is offset by reduced sickness absence and a quicker, more sustainable return to work.

Initial enquiries and advice are always free of charge, so please get in touch to discuss your needs.
